Need Another Reason to Pull Your Kids from Public School, Watch This

As reported by ADF, Dan and Jennifer Mead, who trusted the Rockford Public School District in Michigan, discovered that the district secretly began treating their 13-year-old daughter as a boy.

The district used a masculine name and male pronouns without the Meads' knowledge or consent, following a policy that required employees to keep this information from parents. The Meads learned about this policy by accident when a school employee inadvertently left some references to the new name in a document.

Initially, the school counselor had maintained open communication with the Meads, building their trust. However, in January 2022, when the Meads' daughter requested to be called by a masculine name, the counselor withheld this information.

By fall 2022, the district was consistently using the new name and pronouns while hiding it from the Meads. The truth came out in October 2022 when a partially altered report revealed the district's actions. After the district refused to stop using the new name, the Meads withdrew their daughter from the school.
